ABOUT RHE COACHING
Empowering Personal Growth and Success
I love leading people through difficult changes because what lies on the other side is so beautiful.

I offer executive wellbeing and excellence coaching with a relaxed, non-judgmental camaraderie at the heart of the process.
At 16, I became the youngest player to achieve a Top 10 world ranking in competitive air hockey. Six years later, I became world champion.
I went on to an award-winning career as a game designer, and a teaching position in one of the most prestigious Communication departments in the U.S.
What helped me reach the highest level in all of these pursuits was a commitment to expressing myself. I didn't do things the way other people did them. I did them in a way that aligned with my unique way of looking at and experiencing the world.
It turned out I wasn't alone.
The vulnerability that underlay those expressions exposed parts of me to the world that I would otherwise keep hidden, but it connected me more deeply with the people who really got me, who didn't mind what they saw. Some people even became fans of it.
The formula that has served me well - in athletic competition, creative endeavors, and teaching - is Authentic Preparation and Vulnerable Execution. Those are what I aim to help my clients achieve.
