The RHE Method

You've reached a point where imitating what works for others isn't working for you. That's not a problem with your effort. It's a signal that the next stage of your development can't be borrowed, it's yours to be discovered.

This practice exists for that moment.

Authentic Preparation

Authentic preparation is the practice of bringing yourself into what you've learned from others. It's the added layer that will help you redefine your personal best.

How you think, what conditions help you focus, where your particular kind of intelligence comes from - these are not secondary considerations. They are the foundation. The work is learning to trust them.

"What do I actually know about how I do my best work?"

Vulnerable Execution

When you trust what you've built, something shifts in how you show up. Vulnerable execution is not about revealing yourself, it's about strengthening your connection with others at the moment when performance matters most.

The energy that was going into self-management becomes available to meet the moment with everything you have.

"Can I trust what I've prepared enough to let it lead?"

"The moment you stop trusting yourself is the moment you stop performing at your personal best."

-Wil Upchurch

That insight didn't come from a coaching manual or book about athletic performance, it came from winning and losing on the biggest stage my sport had to offer. And it came from years of reflection on what separated the two.

I didn't practice like some champions, I wasn't as calm on the table as others, but I was capable of beating them all. Once I learned to trust the game I had built, and to bring that trust into the moments that mattered most, it was like nothing could stop me.

What we work on Together

1. Finding Your Game

Before anything else, we spend time understanding how you actually work — not how you think you should work, or how others do. Your thinking style, your natural strengths, the conditions that bring out your best.

This isn't assessment or analysis. It's the beginning of a conversation you may not have had before.

2. Building What's Yours

From that understanding, we build an approach that belongs to you. Not a borrowed framework or a proven system — something that reflects how you specifically think, prepare, and show up.

The goal is that it feels less like discipline and more like permission.

3. Bringing It Forward

The final and most energising part of the work is learning to back yourself fully in the moments that matter.

This is where self-knowledge and confidence converge to bring out your personal best.

Ready to find out what's possible when you work as yourself?

Initial conversations are exploratory — no commitment required. We'll spend time understanding where you are and whether this work is the right fit.
